Thank You

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. For this reason, we have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by our partners and external service providers. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps and that complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, etc.

General Information on Data Processing

As a matter of principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which our company is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Collection of General Information, Provision of the Website

In the case of exclusively informational use of our website, i.e. if you do not separately provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (so-called server log files) includes:

  • Your IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Web page from which the request came
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software

This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver website content requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. It is also necessary to ensure the stability and security of our website. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user as well as an evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

Use of Cookies

In addition to the previously mentioned data, we, like many other websites, use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and through which we receive certain information. These cookies contain a characteristic string of characters that allows the browser to be uniquely identified when you return to the website. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to a computer. The transient cookies (so-called session cookies) we use enable us to make our website more user-friendly.

Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. Session cookies store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website.

Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent. Of course, you can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are regularly set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please use the help functions of your Internet browser to find out how to change these settings. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use individual functions of our website if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

SSL Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Deletion or Blocking of Data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as stipulated by the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or these periods have expired, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

It is possible to contact us via the e-mail addresses provided. In this case, the personal data transmitted by you with the e-mail will be stored.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. The revocation of consent and the objection can be declared via the contact options specified in this privacy policy. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case.

If you have submitted an application to us, your data will be processed and stored for the purpose of handling the application process. Your data will be sent directly to the personnel department and will be treated strictly confidentially there.

Your application will be processed and stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your online application. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Alternatively, you can set the opt-out cookie by clicking on this button.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, which means that it is not possible to relate the data to a specific person. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.

We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.
